Founded in 2019 by Gaspard Hafner and Pierre Garonnaire, MYM has quickly become a key player in the French and European digital landscape. In just three years, the platform has made it a priority to celebrate and support all forms of diversity. In June, MYM dedicated an entire month to highlighting diversity within its community and team, reinforcing a commitment that defines its identity.

Designed to empower content creators, MYM enables them to generate recurring income through paid subscriptions, with users subscribing directly to their content.

Unlike other platforms, MYM frees creators from restrictive algorithms that dictate rates or content types. This independence allows them to manage their business on their own terms, post at their own pace, and offer high-quality content without compromise.

On MYM, the diversity of content mirrors the diversity of its creators. The platform brings together sports coaches, artists, trainers, chefs, models, astrologers, and many more—each contributing their unique talents to enrich the user experience.

With this mindset, MYM has built a strong employer brand rooted in human values, humility, innovation, and creativity. The team has grown to 47 employees, with 21 new hires since early 2023. By prioritizing gender balance, MYM now welcomes one in two new recruits as women, reinforcing its commitment to equality.
